Von Fock is a period crime drama series set in 19th-century Estonia. The series follows Paul von Fock, a shy but brilliant heir to Sagadi Manor who becomes court assessor and finds himself solving complex murder mysteries, identity puzzles, and cases involving missing fortunes. The first mystery begins when Justus von Brevern, a notorious gambler and cheat, is found dead at Paul’s factory after being confronted at a ball. Filmed on location among the stunning historical castles and manors of Estonia, Latvia, and Italy, the series is based on detective novels by Estonian writer and historian Ain Kütt.
