I am young. But I’ve known since I was 8 years old that I wanted to become an actor. I studied acting at the Adam Findley Studio, where I learned scene study, character development, script analysis, and improvisation techniques that professional actors use. Since then, I’ve been going to castings, never giving up or losing sight of my goal.

Acting gives me this incredible feeling of freedom. It’s fun and makes me curious about everything around me. I love building up different characters and getting to be physically active – whether I’m doing action scenes, sports, or playing someone who’s more quiet and observant. Every role is a new adventure, and that’s what keeps me excited.

In this scene, a young boy is discovered practicing stick fighting in solitude. When Freydis challenges him to spar, he must navigate the conflict between his desire to prove himself and the weight of tradition holding him back. Initially refusing out of respect for Viking custom—he hasn’t yet passed the ritual that grants him the right to train—the boy reveals both his discipline and his inner struggle. Through Freydis’s encouragement, he finds the courage to see himself as a warrior worthy of training, ultimately embracing his potential and continuing to polish his skills.
